Kim Sues Old Navy Over Look Alike

In dumb news Kim Kardashian is suing Old Navy for having a model that she claims looks like her.  That’s right America, be careful who you use in you ad campaigns because if your model looks similar to a reality star you might just get sued.

Kim is filing a lawsuit against the clothing giant  — claiming they intentionally used a look-alike in an effort to dupe the public into thinking Kim was affiliated with Old Navy.  Seriously???  I have seen this girl but I didn’t think it was Kim, I thought it looked like her younger sister.  The girl does do Kim’s pouty stare and has long brown hair but I wasn’t fooled into thinking Kim modeled for Old Navy.  This is a frivolous lawsuit and I hope it gets thrown out.

Kim is especially furious that Old Navy has been tweeting to her page about the look-alike — in an effort to gain even more publicity.

One of those tweets read,

“@CBSNEWS reports that Old Navy’s Super CUTE star looks like @kimkardashian. #LOL. What do you think?”

We’re told Kim believes the copycat campaign has damaged her wallet somewhere in the range of $15 to $20 million.  How has this damaged her wallet?  What, Old Navy is too shitty for her to be affiliated with so she lost other more high end, couture gigs?  Come on!!

What does everyone think???
